Highway 169 Bridge In Tulsa Repaired After Dump Truck Crashed Through Guardrail

TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- Crews repaired the bridge on Highway 169 over 71st street in Tulsa Monday.

A dump truck driver veered off the highway and crashed into the embankment beneath the overpass on September 24, 2010. Police said the driver was northbound on 169 when he came upon traffic that had slowed for an earlier fender bender near 61st street.

The crash sent chunks of concrete onto cars on 71st street.

The dump truck driver was not seriously injured.
