City Of Tulsa Settles Excessive Force Case

The City of Tulsa has agreed to a $35,000 settlement of an excessive force case against a Tulsa Police Officer.

TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- The City of Tulsa has agreed to a $35,000 settlement of an excessive force case against a Tulsa Police Officer.

Edward Bennett sued TPD Officer Dan Fuller over the incident. The lawsuit was filed in the US District Court.

The money for the settlement will come from the sinking fund, which is a property tax collected by the City.
