• Approx 1 tsp margarine
• 4 peaches, sliced in half
• 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar
• 1/4 tsp ginger
• 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
• Cool Whip Lite or light ice cream
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a baking pan or sheet with the margarine. Place the peaches in the baking pan, slice side up. Drizzle with remaining ingredients. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until peaches are tender. Serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
