TULSA, OK -- The Oklahoma City Thunder announced Monday the team will host a preseason game against the Memphis Grizzlies at the BOK Center in Tulsa.
The game will take place on October 12. This will mark the third consecutive year that the Thunder has played in Tulsa.
"The Thunder represents our entire state and we are thrilled to once again be able to bring our team to Tulsa in the preseason," said Sam Presti, Thunder Executive Vice President and General Manager. "These games serve as another avenue to create support for our organization."
Tickets go on sale on Monday, August 16 at www.bokcenter.com, Arby's Box Office, all Tickets.com outlets or by calling 1-866-7-BOK-CTR. Ticket prices start at $12, and increase to the $277 courtside tickets which will also include a VIP area.
The Thunder and the Grizzlies met three times last season with the Thunder winning the series 2-1. This will be the Grizzlies first trip to Tulsa.
The entire 2010 Thunder preseason schedule will be released at a later date.
