News On 6 WARN Team Chases Tornadoes With VORTEX 2

UNDATED -- VORTEX 2 is the largest, most ambitious effort ever to study tornadoes.

More than 100 scientists and meteorologists are chasing twisters and supercell storms hoping to gather new information that will help increase warning times and save lives.

Members of The News On 6 WARN team joined VORTEX 2 as the group chased tornadoes from Texas through Oklahoma this week.
