Downtown IDL Pothole Repair Project Finished Early

TULSA, OK -- An emergency weekend project to fix potholes in downtown Tulsa is finished a day early. 

On Friday, the Oklahoma Department of Transportation shut down a section of the Inner Dispersal Loop for emergency repairs.

The section of the IDL closed was the eastbound lanes of the north leg of the highway.

The work was expected to wrap up Monday morning, but actually wrapped up early Sunday morning. 

ODOT says the pothole repairs are temporary. That entire stretch of highway will be renovated beginning later this spring.
