Tulsa Water Main Break Causes Frozen Mess

TULSA, OK -- An overnight water main break at Yale and Independence in Tulsa has sent water flowing into the northbound lanes of Yale. 

Tulsa Police say the water is turning to ice on the roadway and is causing problems for motorists Tuesday morning. 

Police report at least one accident in the area and have asked the city of Tulsa's street department to spread sand in the roadway.
