TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Fire Department Paramedics, in partnership with the Tulsa Health Department, will be administering H1N1 vaccinations to Tulsa residents starting on Thursday.
Earlier this month, Tulsa Fire paramedics immunized several thousand City of Tulsa employees for the seasonal flu.
According to a news release from the Tulsa Fire Department, H1N1 vaccinations will be administered to the public at the Tulsa Community College Northeast Campus Student Union from 3 p.m to 7 p.m.
The Tulsa Health Department says the target populations for the H1N1 vaccinations are as follows:
1. Pregnant females
2. Children from 6 months to 18 years of age
3. Parents of infants under 6 months of age
4. Health care/EMS providers with direct patient contact
