Tulsa Murder Suspect To Be Tried As An Adult

TULSA, OK -- There are new details involving a Tulsa high school senior charged with murder.

A judge ruled Wednesday that Theo Fleming will be tried as an adult for fatally shooting Kaitlyn Finnegan at a party earlier this year.

Fleming is charged with second degree murder.

His attorney says the shooting was an accident. But, police say after the gun was fired, no one called 911 and that Fleming initially lied to investigators with a story about a drive-by shooting.

Fleming is due back in court next week.
