OKMULGEE, OK -- The Okmulgee County Sheriff wants to locate Donald Ellison.  He is accused of threatening to kill a Tulsa Police officer. 

Investigators say the targeted TPD officer shot and killed one of Ellison's sons who was caught inside the officer's home.           

Ellison recently lost another son who hanged himself in jail.  He's being urged to surrender by calling 911.

Anyone with information about Ellison's location should contact law enforcement.
