UNDATED -- Thanks to federal stimulus dollars and more money from the state, OSU students won't face a tuition hike next year. And, OU Regents are expected to also approve a tuition freeze later this week.
The downside of the new OSU budget is that it doesn't include any employee pay raises. OU Regents will vote on their new budget later this week.
OU President David Boren proposed no tuition hikes, but students could face an increase in living expenses at most on-campus residence halls and apartments.
The OU Regents are also expected to approve raises for many of the university's coaches.
