OKLAHOMA CITY -- The 2010 gubernatorial race is heating up as the list of possible GOP candidates continues to grow.
The latest name floating around is prominent Tulsa attorney Gary Richardson, who told The Associated Press of the possibility of running as a Republican.
Richardson ran for governor in 2002 as an independent, and many believe he tipped the race in favor of Democrat Brad Henry in his first campaign for governor against Republican Steve Largent.
U.S. Rep. Mary Fallin has officially announced her candidacy, and possible Republican candidates include Rep. Tom Cole, former U.S. Rep. J.C. Watts and state Sen. Randy Brogdon.
