No Charges In Lincoln Co. Teen's Death

CHANDLER, OK -- No charges will be filed against a 13-year old teenager who accidental shot and killed his 13-year old friend.

Michael Contway was shot Monday afternoon while he and a friend were outside playing with two loaded handguns.

A Lincoln County Sheriff's deputy says when one of the boys came around the corner, the other clicked the trigger and the gun accidentally went off.

Deputies say the boys were unsupervised at the time of the incident.

Michael was taken to the University of Oklahoma Medical Center in Oklahoma City where he later died.
