Hearing Scheduled For Andrew Mathis

TULSA, OK -- A hearing is scheduled for Monday for Andrew Mathis who is accused of killing two men after driving into a crowded parking lot.     

Police say the 25-year-old Mathis intentionally drove his car into a crowd of people outside a bar on Brookside last month.

The incident killed two men and injured five others.

Mathis is charged with two counts of first degree murder and five counts of assault and battery.

Police say Mathis had been drinking and was angry because he found his ex-girlfriend with a group of men in the parking lot.
