WISTER, OK -- The discovery of skeletal remains near Lake Wister in Le Flore County has investigators scouring the area for evidence.
Inspector Stan Florence of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says the remains found on Friday are thought to be human because of fabric found at the scene.
Florence says the level of decomposition indicates the remains had been at the location for "quite some time."
