TULSA, OK -- Sunoco is actively talking with interested parties over the sale of its refinery in Tulsa.
CEO Lynn Elsenhans told analysts on Monday that there are four options for the refinery; selling, converting to a different operating model, use as a terminal or closing the facility.
Last month, Sunoco announced it was canceling a $375 million upgrade at the refinery.

The move, according to Elsenhans, was a big part of the refiner's capital spending plan reduction.
A decision on the refinery's future will be decided in 2009.
The Sunoco refinery is a major fixture on the west side of Tulsa.
