2 small boxes of Sugar-Free Vanilla Instant Pudding
3 cups Skim milk
8 oz. Lite Cool Whip
1 box Waverly or Club Crackers
1 can Betty Crocker Chocolate frosting (add 1 TBL milk to spread easier)
Mix first 3 ingredients together until thick.
In 9X13 ungreased, glass dish make the following layers:
Layer of crackers to cover bottom of pan
Spread ½ of pudding mixture over the crackers
Another layer crackers
The rest of pudding mixture
Final layer crackers
Then spread the top with frosting
Refrigerate overnight. Serve cold. Enjoy!
