Driver Blames Sun For Accident

TULSA, OK -- A five-year-old boy is in serious condition after he was hit by a car at the Rose Rock apartments near 17th and Memorial.         

Police say a man told them the sun blinded him for a moment and he hit the boy.  He didn't realize it until someone stopped him.

The boy has a broken femur, road rash and possibly some other injuries.
