Motorcyclist Killed In Accident

A motorcyclist died Sunday evening from injuries sustained an accident at I-44 and State Highway 51 in Tulsa. 

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the accident happened just before 10 p.m. on the I-44 exit ramp onto eastbound State Highway 51. 

The victim, 24-year old Tyler Hackett was taken to a Tulsa hospital, where he died from his injuries. 

OHP troopers say Hackett apparently lost control of his motorcycle; he was ejected and struck a sign support pole.
