JENKS, Okla. -- Jenks High School will begin the football season much like they ended the 2007 campaign: on top.
The Trojans are ranked No. 5 in the country, according the pre-season ESPN RISE FAB 50 poll.
Jenks won their second straight class 6A state title last season, defeating Union 42-24. They've also won eight of the last 11 Gold Balls.
Union, which fell to Jenks in last year's state championship game, was ranked 33rd overall.
