Missing Couple Found

A missing elderly Delaware County couple has been located.

Shortly after 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, neighbors called the Delaware County Sheriff's Office and reported that 80-year old Everett Taylor and 93-year old Vera Gillen had returned home. Deputies responded and arrested Taylor. Medics were also sent to the home to check out Vera Gillen.

This all began last week at Grove's Integris Hospital.

According to the Delaware County Journal, Vera was placed in a nursing home, and then moved to the hospital. Taylor showed up at the hospital, grabbed his wife and took off. Authorities then issued an arrest warrant for Taylor.

An investigation into the incident continues.
