Tulsa robbery detectives need help to catch another crook. Police have surveillance video of the bank robber, but he's wearing a pretty unique disguise.
News On 6 crime reporter Lori Fullbright reports the robbery happened on April 20th around 11 a.m. at the IBC bank at 5302 East Skelly Drive.
The robber had a large caliber handgun, pointed it at the teller and demanded money. He was wearing a rather unusual disguise.
"The individual comes inside the bank, is wearing a wig, has on white gloves on and is wearing a dust mask," said TPD Officer Leland Ashley.
Police are hoping someone saw the man in his disguise right before or after the robbery or maybe someone saw him driving his get-away vehicle to or from the crime.
"He gets into a newer model Chevy pickup, described as four-doors. So, I don't know if it's a larger one or a smaller one," said Officer Ashley.
Police hope despite the disguise, someone will recognize this robber and turn him in.
Anyone with information can call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS. You don't have to give your name and if your tip leads to an arrest, the Citizens Crime Commission will pay you a cash reward.
