Police are searching on Saturday for the suspect involved in an overnight armed robbery at a gas station. Officers with the Broken Arrow Police Department say the robbery happened just after 1 a.m. at the Kum & Go located at 81st Street South and Garnett.
Police say a white male entered the station and demanded the store attendant empty the registers. The attendant gave him the money, and police say the suspect ran away.
Officers used a K-9 unit to search the area where the suspect was last seen, but the man was not found.
Police say the man hid his face with the white sweatshirt he was seen wearing. Police also say the man carried a semi-automatic handgun. About $150 was taken. Nobody was injured.
