The Hive, a downtown Tulsa nightclub where a fatal shooting took place, is facing more than $6,500 in fines. The fines are for violations of state liquor laws.
Police are investigating whether the nightclub was legally open in the early morning hours of February 16th when 23-year-old Phillip Greer was shot to death.
Club owners, Jermaine Jones and his brother Larry, told police they shot Greer in self-defense. The brothers were questioned and released as the investigation continues.
