One person is dead following a one car accident in Tulsa County.

The accident happened Sunday on 156th Street North near U.S. Highway 169.

The Highway Patrol Says the driver was westbound when for some reason he left the roadway and hit a tree.

He died at the scene.

His name has not been released.
