A Bartlesville man has turned himself in to the Washington County Sheriff Office. Kennith Smith was wanted on four felony warrants.

Bartlesville Police say more than a dozen people complained that Smith took their money after promising to do landscaping work.

Smith either did not finish the work or did none at all.
