PHARAOH, Okla. (AP) _ A pickup truck veered across the center median of Interstate 40 and slammed into an oncoming car, killing a Kansas woman.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the collision happened about 3 o'lock Friday near the Okfuskee County town of Pharaoh.
The patrol says 34-year-old Billie Johnson of Eudora, Kansas, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the pickup truck -- 21-year-old Satara Andrews of Fort Smith, Arkansas -- was in good condition.
A 15-year-old passenger in Johnson's car was in good condition at an area hospital.
