UNDATED (AP) _ Oklahoma is getting a much-needed break in the winter weather that has gripped the state over the last week. Mostly sunny skies and warmer temperatures are expected across Oklahoma for the next several days.
The National Weather Service says Monday will be mostly sunny with daytime highs in the low to mid 50s. Some clouds are expected tonight, with overnight lows ranging from the lower 20s in the Panhandle to the mid 30s elsewhere.
Temperatures Sunday were in the upper 40s to lower 50s across most of the state. It was 49 degrees in Oklahoma City and 44 in Tulsa.
Sunshine is expected to continue Tuesday, with highs from the 50s in northwest Oklahoma to the lower 60s in southwest sections of the state.
