NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ An Oklahoma City man is going to prison for 15 years for a drunken driving accident that killed a 15-year-old boy. Marvin Jerron Ware pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter and possession of marijuana.
Authorities say Ware was driving a sport utility vehicle in south Oklahoma City on September 2nd when he crashed into the rear of a car and killed Justin Wright.
Police say Ware's blood alcohol content was .15 and he admitted to drinking nine or ten beers. Oklahoma City Police say he told officers the accident was ``my bad.''
