WATONGA, Okla. (AP) _ A 45-year-old Geary man is dead after the motorcycle he was riding was hit head on by a car in Blaine County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Carl Adamson was killed last night when a car driven by Patrick Ridenour of Watonga went left of center and struck Adamson's motorcycle.

The O-H-P says Adamson was ejected about 100 feet from the crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Ridenour was not injured.

The patrol says Adamson was not wearing a helmet.
