A team of Oklahomans that's been helping victims of Hurricane Ivan is back home. 15 American Red Cross volunteers, part of the "Mass Care Strike Team", rolled into Tulsa Tuesday afternoon.

They've spent the last six days delivering food and water to hurricane victims in Louisiana and Alabama. They say the damage they witnessed was horrible and they're glad they could help.

Volunteer Dick Chambers: "People are just really thankful, they're looking for something to eat, they're looking for help, a place to stay in our shelters and it just really makes you feel good."

Oklahoma's "Mass Care Strike Team" gave out more than 50,000 pounds of food and water last week.
