A 41 year old man is dead after a one vehicle accident on a Tulsa highway. The accident happened around 11:30 PM Thursday on US Highway 75.

Tulsa Police officers say the driver, Charles Brantley, was in his SUV was traveling northbound when he ran into a guardrail and rolled his vehicle down the median.

Tulsa Police Cpl Eric Nelson: "Lost control of the vehicle entered the center median, started flipping. We had one occupant ejected out of the vehicle and landed quite a ways from the vehicle.â€

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say it appears Brantley was not wearing a seatbelt.
