A voter in McIntosh County has been caught voting twice. 18 year old Brett Reynolds apparently voted once by absentee ballot and then again at the polls during the Democratic run-off last month.
He could face felony charges. In the run-off, the McIntosh County Sheriff lost by just two votes to his challenger.
A special election will happen after the incumbent sheriff challenged the election results.
