POTEAU, Okla. (AP) -- A trial for the suspended director of the Kiamichi CareerTech campus in Poteau is set to begin Tuesday after jury selection finished Monday.

Davey Sutton is facing four felony charges of intimidating grand jury witnesses last year.

The charges stem from a Kiamichi board meeting when Sutton threatened to investigate board member Kelly Johnson and employee Stacey Nickell. The two had been called as witnesses before a state multi-county grand jury that ultimately indicted Sutton and another employee -- Chad Hull.

Nickell had taken a photograph of Hull alleging using a CareerTech vehicle to campaign for a US House candidate.
