Governor Brad Henry says he will present a "plan of action" to help Oklahomans get access to prescription drugs within the next few months.

The governor says he especially wants senior citizens to have access to affordable medications. He's been reviewing how some other states have made it legal for residents to purchase cheaper drugs from Canada and other countries.

The federal government says re-importation is not guaranteed "safe."
