Tulsa child crisis detectives arrested two people Monday afternoon, while a 2-month old barely clings to life. They arrested Mishana Whiten, the child's mother on a complaint of injury to a minor child.

They the baby was taken to a Tulsa hospital this weekend with a skull fracture, multiple rib fractures, some new and some old and evidence of blunt force trauma to her stomach.

Officers also arrested Teddy Jefferson for the same complaint; they say he was with the child while the mother was at work.
