There will be some changes at the top when Hillcrest Healthcare Systems is sold. The president and chief executive officer says he will resign once a transition period is over.

A Nashville base company is buying Hillcrest and the sale is expected to be completed in July.

Hillcrest says president Donald Lorack Junior will become an advisor to the board of trustees and the center's foundation.
