A woman who turned 97 years old Wednesday could be the latest victim of an area construction company.

Tulsa Police say the woman paid more than $12,000 to Metro Construction for some tree removal and other work. Professionals from Manhattan Construction looked over the job and the bill at the request of police and believe the woman was grossly overcharged.

John Jamison with Manhattan Construction: "Even if you paid three guys and a truck 100 dollars an hour, that’s being $2,500 to $3,000 at the most."

No charges have been filed in this case.
