Here's a follow-up to a daycare story the News on 6 broke last week. We've learned this isn't the first time the Delaware County daycare has faced allegations of abuse.

Evelyn's Daycare is currently closed because of allegations of child sexual abuse. But records show two complaints of inappropriate behavior by adults were filed in April of 2000 and March of 2002 at the same daycare. DHS says the claims could not be substantiated.

The daycare's owners, Boyd and Evelyn Luper are still in jail, charged with sexually abusing two girls, ages 7 and 9.
