A Federal Death Row Inmate Expected to Testify in Nichols Trial

A federal death row inmate is expected to testify in the state trial of Oklahoma City bombing co-conspirator Terry Nichols.

David Paul Hammer says bombing co-conspirator Timothy McVeigh told him he tried to recruit Nichols to help, but Nichols did not show up to make the bomb.

Hammer also says McVeigh told him Nichols only stored the ingredients used to make the bomb.

Hammer says he met McVeigh in prison before McVeigh was executed.
