A Tulsa County District Court jury recommended Wesley Jones is given the death penalty in connection with a double murder at a Tulsa convenience store.
Jones was found guilty of shooting the clerk and a customer at the Lucky Trip Convenience store in September of 2002.
The judge will formally sentence Jones next month.
