(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Police are looking for a Midwest City woman who's accused of allowing her live-in boyfriend to abuse her 13-month-old daughter.

An arrest warrant was issued for Traci Switch after she failed to appear for a preliminary hearing yesterday in Oklahoma County District Court.

Switch's daughter died Christmas Eve of what medical examiner's say were neck injuries and blunt force injuries to her head, chest and abdomen.

Switch's boyfriend, Greg Sayerwinnie, is charged with first-degree murder in the child's death and prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
