Muskogee attorney David Garrett will stand trial on two felony charges of sexual assault.

Garrett was arrested last month after two women accused him of grabbing them inappropriately. Both women testified at the preliminary hearing.

This is the second time Garrett's been accused of sexual misconduct. A 1995 lawsuit was settled out of court.
