Authorities believe they may have broken up a burglary ring in Sand Springs. Around three o'clock Tuesday morning Sand Springs Police got into a chase with a burglary suspect.

He'd been seen driving quickly away from a convenience store. He was arrested. At the same time, another suspect drove off in another vehicle and he was chased to west Tulsa.

The man ran off on foot and as officers got in a position to look for him and they saw a man pedaling a bicycle. He was also taken into custody. Tulsa Police Sgt Richard Alexander, â€œwe have one suspect in custody, they were coming from a business in Sand Springs where they'd been hit by multiple burglaries this past month we believe it may be related and with one suspect in custody we may be able to relate the two.â€

The second suspect got into a fight with officers. He faces charges of assault and battery charges and possession of cocaine.
