Right to Work is legal again in Tulsa County. On Friday, a judge declared the 2001 law unconstitutional because an attorney missed a deadline.

Monday, the judge withdrew his order. He set a July 22nd hearing to hear a lawsuit filed by a labor union, which claims the law violates its due process rights.
