OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ The FBI is offering a $5,000 reward to help solve a 1999 murder.
The remains of Kim Edson Durnin, a 29-year-old Oklahoma City resident, were found on the west end of Fort Sill on Oct. 29, 1999. He was shot in the chest and face, an autopsy showed.
Durnin had been missing for about one month.
FBI agents want to talk to Ubaldo Ortiz, also known as Waldo. He is a former Lawton resident believed to be in Mexico, said FBI spokesman Gary Johnson.
No arrests have been made in the case.
The 24-hour telephone number to the Oklahoma City FBI Office is 405-290-7770.
