(Bartlesville-AP) -- A Washington County man is jailed on charges of raping a 12-year-old babysitter at his home.

Tony Dean Pierce is being held in the county jail on $75,000 bond on a first-degree rape charge.

The babysitter told police she went to Pierce's home to baby-sit his three children. The girl says Pierce assaulted her after his wife left the home.

Court records say Pierce has admitted assaulting the girl.
