The opening of the Amos T Hall pool in Tulsa has been delayed. The pool was suppose to open Monday, but has run into some last minute problems.

The pool should open on Wednesday. The pool was supposed to be closed because of budget cuts. But, thanks to donations raised by a neighborhood group, the city pool is close to opening.

The city has agreed to let the group "families of murdered children" run the pool. The group already runs the Hall Community Center.

Money was raised to pay for lifeguards and to clean the pool. The city will take care of maintenance and utilities.
