(Bartlesville-AP) -- A Bartlesville man has been killed in traffic accident.

Curtis Richesin was killed when he hit a pickup truck that failed to yield to oncoming traffic at the junction of US 75 and Oklahoma 10 in Washington County.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the pickup truck pulled out in front of Richesin who was driving a motorcycle.

Richesin hit the side of the truck and was thrown 50 feet.

He died of internal injuries and massive head wounds at the scene of the accident last night.

The driver and passenger of the pickup truck were not injured.

Richesin is the fifth person to die on Oklahoma highways since Saturday morning.
