A Tulsa motorcycle club hopes to use federal money to buy land from Gene Stipe, a former State Senator who is now part of a federal investigation.
The Tulsa Trail Riders Motorcycle Club applied for the federal grant in 2001 to buy 1,730 acres of Stipe's ranch for a trail system in Pittsburg County.
